Excellent filter. Does an excellent job of filtering out solids in my well water. Also washable. 6+ months of use is also a plus.

I use this filter around the house and always forget to change it but they have the option to automatically deliver a new filter every x weeks/months . This is great for me as I will always do this when it comes time to change the filter when a new one arrives. They're quite expensive, so I don't feel bad about throwing them away after one use, even though they can be washed and reused. -use it.

I am very happy with this filter for my well water because it catches all the muddy sediment from the well. I have iron-rich well water, and of course this filter can't completely retain the iron, although it does do some of it. But as a first blocking/sedimentation filter, it works great as intended. I was fooled. I will not buy again. I like to buy water filters from the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe or other places that have an excellent reputation for product safety and quality control. After all, my family drinks water, why take the risk to save pennies. I couldn't find out where these Hydronix filters were made so I decided to take a chance and buy one. Finally, the US flag is clearly depicted on the product label. With Old Glory on the label, I assumed the filters were made in the USA…
