NOT NEW! The original purchase date is 2019. Dell cannot repair it because the warranty has expired.

We bought this XPS 13 for our company's office administrator. The first month of usage resulted in frequent crashes, reboots, and BSODs. We've experienced this before on another 13-inch XPS and were able to get a shipping repair through Dell Support very quickly, so we tried the same thing. To find out, this unit was purchased from Costco in 2019 so it's out of warranty. The seller can sell you old and/or used equipment that cannot be repaired.

Best 2-in-1 on the market

Excellent 2-in-1. Slim, powerful, with lots of memory and RAM. I have Ubuntu and Windows dual boot on it. Installing Ubuntu was pretty easy, except for the touchscreen, which requires a custom kernel (as of 10/2019 at least).

Dell Online Support Warranty 1.5 years prior to date of purchase

I had an issue with the built in webcam not working, Warranty valid February 2019 and purchased this item in July 2020. . Now I have to pay for the service. So wrong from the seller.
