Works great in diagnostic, test and gauge tools

I have 2013 Mini Coopers and this thing is perfect. So much information in the Diagnostics section. Note that this device is only suitable for BMW and Mini. So don't buy it if you don't have a BMW or Mini. This company offers other scanners for other vehicles.

Works great on my 2016 BMW 320i.

I ordered this model after ordering and returning several defective Icarsoft i910 II scanners for my 2016 BMW 320i. This device was connected immediately and quickly went through the modules of the car. Looks like I finally found the right scanner for my car.

Great product, I was able to access BMW codes!

This is a great product, at first I had trouble updating it. He kept telling me I don't have an Icarsoft serial number but I just downloaded the wrong update tool. If you face this problem, try another download tool on icarsoft website. It worked for me and I'm up to date now!

Mercedes OBD2 MB V2.0

Excellent product provides absolutely complete information. Owner of a 2004 Mercedes E500 4Matic, used regular OBD2 and wasn't accurate to get the information needed. If you have a Mercedes, it's worth it. It's expensive if you're hesitant to buy it, but once you have it, it's a great investment. This only applies to Mercedes. So don't buy it for just any car. Make sure this is the latest MB V2.0. In addition, you can update the software.

Works great for 2012 Mini Cooper R56

Worked great when telling me about all the problems with my Mini. Was able to diagnose and fix the following: ABS wheel speed sensor (isolated to the specific wheel with the problem), airbag alert (was able to tell me it was a passenger seat occupancy sensor covered by an extended warranty), reset my battery and the computer . After it was replaced I found my alternator was faulty and reset some service intervals that I couldn't figure out on the car's console.

Should it work on delivery?

I bought this scanner because I have 3 BMWs and I wanted to learn as much as possible about them and troubleshoot any problems that arise. I could get a cheaper scanner but this has to be one of the best. Arrived on the 12th. I opened the box and was happy to see it was the right one. After reading the instructions, I went to my car and plugged it in. The first thing I see is an error message and it doesn't let me do anything. After 5 more attempts to connect and disconnect it, I get a screen…

Good with reservations!: Tools for diagnosis, testing and measurement

I bought this tool for my BMW. The device gave me access to special BMW codes and was easy to use. I really liked it except that it comes with version 1 software and claims to be a 'version 2' product. I tried accessing the link provided to download version 2 of the software but found that didn't work. I think it's important to be able to update the software on a product like this to keep up with any relevant changes in current or newer models. I sent it back for a refund and bought a different
