This is a really cool product. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about - I got mine working very easily. Installing the software was a little slow, but that's okay. My current visualizer is about nine years old and is becoming unreliable. When I received it it was the best in the range, but compared to its characteristics it could well be considered an antique. It worked well enough, but next year I'm moving to a new class and decided to upgrade. I have two use cases for this device that I needed to test before proceeding to review. This device has its pros and cons: you have to deal with glare and make frequent adjustments to your document to ensure what you scan or capture is flat, but overall it does what it should and produces decent quality images. If you're looking for something to scan things with, maybe a little faster than your more traditional options, or you need something that has the added benefit of being able to use it for demo videos or the like, then this is a good way to go.
