I think it's a little flimsy as I would have otherwise used it for other purposes, but I found it to be good value for money. Not sure why the rating stars are asking you to rate this as a gift, which seems inappropriate to me. I ordered this glass to replace a broken picture frame. What I received was exactly what I ordered. The replacement glass was perfect for the broken one. Please note that I only gave the jar 3 stars for "durability" and "gift". It is true. Thin glass is not strong and should not be strong. It would be a mistake to give this glass away. The use of this glass requires great care. Will I order this glass again? I hope I don't break picture frames anymore! But if I do, the answer is yes.

The first one I received had two damaged corners (edges chipped), cut edges were jagged and the glass had a large scratch. Against my better judgment I made a replacement, no refund. With the replacement glass I received, I had to clean it first as tiny pieces of glass were stuck to the glass and the glass was dirty. These glass plates can be great when you just need to replace a similar sized piece of glass in a frame. Unfortunately I needed a piece of glass that thick to restore the damaged mosaic. I specifically asked if this glass could be cut with a glass cutting tool. I was told it might be, but when I tried to crop it the glass shattered into random pieces.
