I have a ridiculously large head and I'm not quite sure what I expected from this hat. but the fact that I even bothered to return the item that cost me $9 is proof enough of how stupid this hat is. My head gets cold at night so I wear a winter hat to keep me warm while I sleep. It worked well at night except my hair was a total mess in the morning. This sleepyhead is loose and has plenty of room for me to style all my hair in it. When it came here I tried it on on a cold day and I was as roasted as a marshmallow in a hodgepodge. I bought this because it was advertised as cotton. But after washing I noticed the 100% polyester label. I hate both liars and thieves.

Website says it's cotton. The email confirmations say it's cotton. But it has a sewn-in label saying it's 100% polyester, which you'll notice as soon as you put it on because it's itchy! As a result, I swapped it out for an EmpireLion cap, which is 60% cotton, very soft, and doesn't pinch.

This clearly indicates that it is cotton. I thought it must contain some polymers to make it elastic. It is clearly stated on the lid and when touched and when heated that it is polyester. I'm sorry but I don't have a nightcap in mind. If you don't care Good for a grown head. Holds up like any night cap. Which isn't good if you're moving. It's soft and pink. Arrived very on time.

I love this hat. Very soft and comfortable. Extremely light but I felt comfortable in a tent in 40 degree night temperatures. By the way, I'm bald. I will buy another. An unexpected option with this hat came in it on the first morning in bed. In the tent the first light is very early and my tent is quite brightly lit. I was just able to remove some of the extra material from the canopy so my eyes were completely closed and it brought darkness back into my tent. I could sleep until about 10am!
