Simplifies ADS-MRR installation.

If you want to use the Maestro ADS-MRR, that's pretty much a requirement for connecting to a GM truck. The best news is that you get a schematic with the ADS-MRR on the website. So all you have to do is paint the ends of the wires, install the butt connectors, and crimp. Thanks to this cable set I had an easy installation. Also the coolest part is the OBD-II port which allows my radio to show me all the internal information like engine temp through exhaust gas sensor, MAF throttle position etc.

Bells and a turn signal were the only sounds sent to the GM5's speaker. For my setup the only wires I would have to cut/splice were for OBDII to bring the car's sensors to the display. I've decided not to do this and leave it alone, well enough. You may need to get creative with the wiring and the Maestro unit. It was…

Required wiring harness for iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR interface.

Required Wiring Harness for iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR Interface for 2008 Silverado 2500HD. Connectors appear to be of good quality, assembled neatly. Allows speakers to be connected to the wire harness coming out of the main unit (high level inputs) or to the RCA connectors (low level inputs) if your main unit has the appropriate outputs. Due to the many different connectivity options for different vehicles, you will need to go to the iDatalink website for instructions. The included speaker is…
