The bags are so thin that food waste will melt the bag.

These bags are worse than plastic bags at Walmart. I put in coffee grounds and mostly leftover fruit and as soon as I lifted the bag it fell apart. Not worth the money and now I'm stuck with these horrible bags that I can't return.

Pros
  • 4 rolls (35 per roll), 140 bags total
Cons
  • Waiting too long

The most important factor is biodegradability

Bags hold food scraps well but are a little flimsy. They are also smaller than I expected. I can't fit them around the top of a trash can sliding out of one of my kitchen cabinets. However, I really like the biodegradable factor and I can still think of ways to use it.

Pros
  • Made from fully biodegradable cornstarch compost resin
Cons
  • Volume

Pros

Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

They're thicker, bigger, and fit

They fit a 13-gallon trash can better than other options we've tried. They are also thicker and can withstand the full load without breaking. They have become our preferred option over plastic trash bags. You need to stay away from thin greens, they don't match what they're talking about.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
