The block has replaced a 17 year old block on the outside gates of the same company. I'm glad they still make them because they work great! The original survived the sometimes harsh weather conditions in Albuquerque, New Mexico for many years.

I installed two of these to replace some worn out parts. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I feel they are well made and have a good fit and finish. I have a bit of programming experience which required a bit of trial and error, maybe it's done in a way that isn't easily ripped off by the "bad guy". giggle
