Just what my T-Bird needed! The engine fired poorly and the MIL (Check Engine Indicator) did not reset. Replaced the old coils with these and voila! - now runs silky smooth. Installation took about an hour or less and can be performed by anyone with a basic set of common tools. Definitely not rocket science and saved me a lot of money!

I have replaced one side of the coils on my Thunderbird and will do the other side if the first fails. Not a bad job, use the universal 1/4" for the rear/bottom spark plug cap screw and the job will go pretty quick. Don't be afraid to put them in yourself if you have a wrench. The machine works .great , in my opinion they are as good as the motorcraft, I drove about 8,000 km with them without any problems.

Installed all eight on my 2001 Lincoln LS 3.9L and still runs great, engine runs very smooth and still no misfires. But the only thing I didn't like at the moment is that they don't quite fit. They're just a little longer, which is why the covers don't align like they should. It's only been a month since installation, so only then will we see how good they are in terms of quality.

As many have noted, they sit higher than the OEM spools, which prevents you from properly fitting the spool cover on top. I didn't like it at all. At the same time, once I replaced them, I had more misfires than before. I took it to my mechanic and he checked the OEM coils against these and the continuity was broken. OEM we're still within spec, but these new AM units weren't. Spark plugs changed and factory set, car ran fine.

I fitted these to my 2005 Tbird along with new spark plugs. You seem fine. They fit well as an OEM. The price was certainly right as OEMs cost 4 times as much. They came with 2 packs of dielectric grease which I didn't need as I had already bought them. They only have about 200 miles on them so only time will tell if they hold up. I had no problems before but I just bought a car with 92k miles and swapped everything I need between 60k and 100k.

Perfect for my 2004 Ford Tbunderbird 3.9L engine. CS seems to be of good quality. The problem of misfires and hesitation has been solved. It remains to be seen if these items will stand the test of time. I will update the review if there is none. The product description says they have a lifetime guarantee, so we'll see.
