Still working 3,000km later

Replaced this coil with a faulty one in my wife's 2009 Toyota Corolla with 130,000 miles. 2000 km driven and still on the way. The local car dealer wanted about $70 for one. offered to change everything. 240 dollars! Yeah right! 20$ later we work!

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Not the best

2009 Toyota Matrix ran like clockwork

I had a coil error code on my 2009 Matrix and the auto parts store was asking $80. Ordered and installed in 10 minutes. The code never came back and the machine works great. 10 days have passed and the Check Engine light is off.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

2009 Toyota Corolla came with a dead coil, I only wanted one!

Without trying to put more money into our 2009 Toyota Corrolla but it randomly started misfiring the other day I moved the spool from cylinder a to cylinder d and it followed it so I ordered this coil and it installed. Cheaply repaired!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost never

As an original equipment manufacturer at a low price

Igniter failed in my Corolla. I installed four of these and four new spark plugs and saved $500 over what the dealer was asking for. Side by side on the desktop, they look absolutely identical to the Toyota OEM. It's been over a year now and they all work perfectly.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Failed 25 days after installation

I bought this coil on February 2, 2021 and installed it a few days later. Worked great right away. Unfortunately, today is March 2, 2021 and according to my on-board reader, the disruption has been going on for more than a month. I'll buy another one elsewhere and if I find it anything but cool I'll update this review.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Some flaws

Easy assembly with common hand tools!

Awesome simplified piece at a low price! Bought for a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Where other similar parts are around $80, this one is only around $20. It went in easily and now my car idles and runs much better. After installing this part, the check engine light for the ignition coil connector number one will no longer illuminate. The old coil pack was Toyota original when it was manufactured. According to Toyota technical documentation, the original coil pack was manufactured by Denso. My only…

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
