If this device worked correctly all the time, this would be what I was looking for. Unfortunately this is not the case. When I charge my iPhone X at night, part of the clock seems stuck and the time almost always gets stuck at 1:45. That's a problem as the device actually has to do two things: keep track of the time and charge my phone. Not recommended if you want a basic watch with a charger I was originally looking for a watch with a charger because the new device I receive, none have the same type of charging connector, it has USB-C instead of Lightning, so I decided to try this watch. I knew this watch/charger would be in demand during the holidays. I got one for my wife and a week later tried to buy one for myself. Everything is sold out on the iHOME website and Revain is double the price. Find out and wait patiently. A few weeks later, Revain mysteriously restocked and mercifully cut the list price in half. Update: I've had the watch for six months now and it will last longer. The AC adapter doesn't power the clock, so I have to keep changing the backup battery, which is barely larger than the clock.
