Impressive Bi-Metal Band Saw Blade

The Imachinist bi-metal band saw blade is top-notch for cutting through thick metal. Based on our own experience, it slices through steel without leaving any rough edges behind. The blade is durable and long-lasting, allowing for consistent and precise cuts. The only downside is that it is not ideal for cutting thin metal. Overall, this band saw blade is a reliable and efficient tool for any metal cutting project.

Pros
  • Efficient and precise cutting of various metals
Cons
  • Requires a large storage space due to its 60-inch length

Great.: Blades, Parts & Accessories

Nice smooth weld with no broken cuts and a good sharp serration that lasts and lasts as long as the cutting speed and feed are used.

Pros
  • Great for soft metal
Cons
  • Something different

Well I have to say. I've been buying bandsaws for 40 years and they never came with a gumguard, including the quality Timberwolf blades for my big saw. Time will tell but the welding is accurate and the blade looks very high quality. This 60" saw blade fits a 40 year old Clausing or Emerson cast iron horizontal band saw from Craftsman Commercial. When we did different things. I would recommend that you try it yourself given the quality I'm seeing. Hooray!

Pros
  • Bimetal type, 60" long, 1/2" wide, 14 dpi
Cons
  • Long delivery time
