Bought for my motorhome, we have a small child and he needs to soften his food, we also like to make all kinds of soups. The blender is very easy to use and very easy to clean, which is very important as we don't have a lot of water in the camper.

Very handy and lightweight, easy to use, many speed settings. An added bonus are 3 different types of blades. It is very easy to make masala curry and soup. Much faster than using a blender. I liked it very much and I am satisfied with the result.

Better than expected. I kept my old one (very expensive and powerful) but I'm missing all but one blade and I'm using it for my instapot. This new one is just as powerful with the very useful addition of being able to remove the base unit for cleaning. This is a much bigger deal than I thought.

I was looking for something powerful but not too difficult to use. I love it! You have 10 different speeds with a potentiometer to set the desired speed and an additional button for turbo speed. Now I'm ready to bake all my new cakes, this new mixer will definitely make it that much easier!

This little blender is great for making quick purees for our little ones. We have a regular sized blender, but a large blender is too difficult to clean. So we use that and then quickly clean in the sink. It's not that strong, but it's enough for baby food and most importantly, it's easy to clean. I like the gray color too. It goes so well with our kitchen!

I only used this blender for liquids (coffee) and it broke after just a few months. A piece of metal was torn from the base of the engine. The one I had before lasted 17 years. Wouldn't recommend it. Also, the mixer's bell shape didn't allow to get the right type of vortex to mix without moving it up and down, or the top layer never got mixed. Ironically, moving up and down while blending created too much vacuum and pulled the blender shaft out of the motor.

I've never owned an Emerson blender but have always wanted one. When I saw how affordable it was I thought I'd give it a try and I love it! It's lightweight, very easy to use and I love that it has 10 speed settings. When it arrived my husband and I made strawberry milkshakes and they were whipped to perfection. It's best to use the blender in a stainless steel or maybe plastic container, not glass. I also used a foam attachment and it worked great. I would definitely recommend this Emerson…

With two buttons and speed dial. The buttons just turn it on, there's no noticeable change in speed, function, or operation. The dial should change speed, but it only has one speed - fast!
