Imperial Barber Pre-Shave Oil & Beard Conditioner: Compact 1 oz Size! Review

Imperial makes such wonderful products! I've been a hairstylist for over 30 years and have seen many products come and go. Imperial is one of those that will stay. I would never use or promote a product that I wouldn't use for myself and my customers appreciate that. All my customers love this product and I even sell it in my shop.

As a hairstylist, you are always skeptical of product claims, especially when it comes to straight razors. I have tried several pre shave products but this one is legit! A few drops are rubbed into the stubble and the razor just keeps gliding. Fiction!

Shaving oil is a good complement to razor shaving. The smell is pleasant and I don't have any acne from the oil. It's basically just a high-quality carrier oil with lavender and a few other essential oils, so anyone can make their own or experiment with the oil before lathering and shaving. It is quite affordable for the less ambitious.

I don't have a beard but I always strive for a perfect shave. I took a big step in that direction with Imperial Barber's pre-shave oil. I shave wet and the product smoothed my shave without pulling or digging. Very close and comfortable shave. I will buy this product again and look at other Imperial Barber products.
