Great Product for Business Process Management - especially in the IT Industry!

I like that it's easy for me as an IT professional, with my limited knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), in which this software is used/employed by our organization; however there are many features within BIMS360 we haven't yet explored or implemented into any project at work thus far! The benefits realized from using these programs have been quite substantial but not all aspects can be fully utilized due their complexity level - especially when compared against other products…

Excellent Implementation Consultant who brings clarity to projects

The best thing about implementing Impel is that I get instant results once it’s been implemented in our organization. It has improved processes throughout the entire firm, both from an internal as well as external perspective. We have noticed time savings through automation of manual tasks and reduced cycle times for customers. There are some things which may need further improvements but overall we feel satisfied with the implementation. Processes were not aligned internally or externally so…
