Update: I'm changing my star rating from 5 to 2. Further investigation and use of these dish towels revealed sewing imperfections on the 1/2 pack. out of 10. This can be seen in my pictures. I love things like that. I also use cleaning brushes for most things, but sometimes you can't clean things with a brush. That's what they're there for - you can be sure you're covering every square inch of the surface, and the fabric lets you "feel" when all the little imperfections in the food are well wiped away - you just can't do that with a brush or sponge. The fact that it has a dirty side helps with some of the dried up stuff that "didn't soak quite enough" long enough before you started
