The case looks and feels good but after only 2 months and a little use the corner has broken. There were no falls or falls. Since then, the crack has turned into a hole, and part of the hull fell out. It's right on the corner and I suspect it's just a design flaw or possibly a faulty hull. I wish I had gone through the return/exchange window.

I bought a new 13" MacBook Pro 4 port and this sleeve doesn't fit properly. It comes off very easily on one or more corners and I can't use my laptop due to the overhang of the case open very wide. A little disappointed with it. :-/

After a month they don't fit anymore? At first it would fit and snap, but now the top never stays and I can't fully snap all four corners. Damn.

is easy to install and I liked it for the first week of use. Now, just 11 days later, I noticed cracks forming in the front corners of the bottom of the case. The laptop stays on my desk 24/7 and has never encountered anything that would cause cracks. I haven't even used the laptop much since I installed the case. I also made sure my laptop is on the list of devices this case is made for so it's not a misfit issue. very disappointed with the quality of this product. I'll add pictures later.

Expensive but the best case on the market. There are fakes that claim to be "InCase". So be sure to buy the original version. Despite the careful attitude to this product, after a month it broke on the side. Unsatisfied.

Case is good but corners break easily. I take good care of my belongings and one day I just noticed that there are cracks in the corners. Don't know if it was caused by something else or the product. Fits tight but looks very nice overall

Hull cracked in 45 days and getting worse. Apparently I missed the 30 day return period as I bought this direct from Revain and Revain didn't offer a guarantee.

I bought this case for my MacBook Pro 13" 256GB 2019. But I have to return it because it is very easy to take off, especially the bottom part. The 2 middle tabs left and right didn't snap properly Even with a light touch these 2 tabs pop out right away.The top is ok.Giving 2 stars for the quality which I find pretty solid.I ended up buying a smartshell from Speck which fits my new MacBook perfectly.

I really liked this case. It was beautiful, sleek, and perfect for my 2018 MacBook Pro 13 (four Thunderbolt 3 ports). But it's not even half a year ago! Both front corners are broken (see photo). I don't handle my MBP roughly and every time it travels it's in a soft protective case (InCase). My $3,000 computer has never been dropped or abused. Although I have always trusted InCase products, this one is a failure! I just can't recommend this case.
