Disappointing Home Fragrance

Based on my experience, these incense refill sticks did not meet my expectations. The scent was too overpowering and unpleasant to the point of giving me a headache. While the packaging was nice, the quality of the product was lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product for those seeking a pleasant aroma in their home and kitchen.

Pros
  • The Balsam scent creates a relaxing atmosphere.
Cons
  • Some people may find the scent too strong.

Does not burn when wet

You always smell fantastic. Better buy direct from Payne. Other dealers may store them incorrectly and if they get wet they will not burn or ignite. Defeat the target of incense. Mine arrived wet and none of them are burning. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Incense Sticks and Incense Holder
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Very disappointed with the room fragrance

This is my favorite fragrance and the sticks just don't burn. I light it up and let it burn out rather than blow it out and even if the whole tip is red hot and glowing it just goes out. Can burn for about 30 seconds. I'm not sure if the humidity here in Florida is too high for it, but that doesn't happen with my other incense sticks.

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Something is wrong
