Inclusive is a suite of solutions to improve diversity, equality, and inclusion outcomes for organizations of all sizes. Inclusive works with existing recruiting tools so companies don't have to adjust any processes to adopt our tools. We offer video and phone based interviewing solutions that provide screening and interviewing insights around potential moments of unintentional bias, candidate experience, and company cultural fit. We also offer a free Inclusvie Zoom app that allows organizations utilizing Zoom for candidate interviews to have the same visibility to recruiting insights without having to adjust any processes or without having to add any new tools. Organizations utilizing our solution have seen improved diversity hiring metrics and reduced employee attrition.

So useful for our team and amazing with candidate engagement

I love that we can use inclusive in conjunction other programs like recruitment software or job boards without having it override how those systems work! The interface could be improved by allowing more customization from within an account (i'd prefer not needing access through another program). We are able solve issues around gender pay gap reporting specifically as well as helping candidates find their fit at different stages throughout interviews/hiring process - which helps us keep…

Inclusive is very good for sourcing and managing talent

I like that you can create multiple profiles per job posting which allows us access to many different candidate pools without having too much clutter in one place. The interface could be more intuitive - it's not easy at first glance to figure out how best use its features (especially if they are new). It also doesn’t make sense right now why we would want candidates from non-traditional backgrounds or geographic locations as some people prefer being homebodies while others enjoy going off site

Great tool for quick-paced staffing solutions

The system allows you easy access to your job listings without having to download applications or wait through an application process online. It also has features that allow recruiters to target their searches by location (which helps in certain markets where it's hard to find qualified candidates), as well as allowing us to search by industry/vertical market. I like how simple this product can be used when we are looking at filling positions quickly. There isn’t anything I dislike about…
