Not a bad product. The wire woven into the chain that the lantern hangs from is too thick as it works against part of the chain and you really have to work with it to make the lantern hang straight down and not to the side. We put them on a gray wall with an overlap and they fit quite well. The glass lampshade hangs from two very thin metal plates, so you have to be very careful when aligning the glass.

I bought 2 of these for a headboard I was building. They looked good, after all, but installing them was a lot more of a hassle than it should have been. The mount is substandard and not long enough to fit in a standard lightbox. The base is also too small to cover a 4 inch pancake box. Overall they look good but are clearly made from inferior materials.

We really like the look, I'm just curious who is responsible for the manufacture. We bought 2 sets of 2, but 2 sets are different, which makes the frame shape different on the box sent from the 1/8 inch box, the other not even the same color. My guess is that whoever drew them chooses what they like, not whoever designed them. I think it's the quality control in China.

headlights looked like painted with a brush and dark gold paint. The connection between the hanger and the shade is made with a modern carabiner and one of the brackets has had its cord passed through the front of the hook so that it can be attached to the wall. The sphere is amber in color, so a regular lightbulb will look good in it. I bought 4 for our wine room and overall they look great and bring the perfect amount of light (not bright) into the room.

can't be installed on electrical boxes can't be installed, I don't know if there is another electrical equipment setting in China, but there are missing 2 parts to install them . They look good in the box but I don't know how they will look on the wall. I'm happy to report that the company returned the missing parts I had to purchase for the installation. They are beautiful and I look forward to hanging them on the wall.
