A pretty solid product

My 8yo has been talking about gymnastics a lot lately. I don't think we can afford to give her lessons, so we got her this instead. The plastic/vinyl/whatever feels pretty solid, and the way the air goes in is pretty unique, too, compared to other blow-up products we've had in the past. It seems like a better design to keep the air in. And holy air compressors, Batman - the compressor that came with this thing filled it up in no time at all! We've had kids age 5-8 jumping and rolling on this…

Pros
  • Just the right size for my 5 & 7 yr olds to do back handsprings.
Cons
  • We have had this for two weeks now. The pump started smoking and burned up.

Not great quality for my opinion

Got this for my daughter as a birthday gift, opened it today and it already has a leak. Sadly I’m outside the return window by 3 days and now I’m stuck with a tumble track with a hole in it.

  • Very easy to set up inconvenient and very durable! It is perfect size for our basement.

  • Inflating the mat takes time and requires access to electricity

Two holes after 1 day - Update

Update: July 27, 2022This company has worked hard to help us fix our issues. Happy to say they really care about their customers and the experience. Repair kits have held so airmat is currently in use and working as intended, inside the house.Two holes after one day of use. No instructions for repair patch. Very sad and waste of money

She loves it! for my opinion

We bought this for our granddaughter’s birthday. Her cousin, another granddaughter, has one, and it has held up remarkably well. 3 of them spent an afternoon doing somersaults, cartwheels, etc on this. Great idea for kids….keeps them active and outside!

Considerably larger than I expected

I got this for my daughter (6) and it's way bigger than she is. She can't even reasonably use it to really tumble; her feet and hands are off the ground and she's left heading to the ground and I just have to hope that she gets her hands placed right or she just smacks headfirst into the ground. That happened once and she's no longer interested in even trying it. Should have gotten the smaller diameter one.

Second Mat for Handsprings

We have two of these at my studio now and they are really helpful with teaching smaller and younger children different acro tricks. I can't imagine it would be easy to slog in and out with but leaving it filled and out has definitely made it easier than traveling. The electric pump also makes refilling this easy. It is very sturdy but still makes the older or larger teens nervous when trying tricks by themselves on this. So far no holes (though we don't allow jewelry or things in our acro room)

What your child needs to overcome tumbling nerves

Love that this allows my daughter to practice her tumbling on a comfortable, encouraging, and safe surface. She and her friends practice and have a ball doing it!

My daughter is 7 and 46” and it’s perfect!

My daughter is competitive in gymnastics and we wanted this as an alternative to a solid roll mat for space reasons and it works great and is super easy to inflate and deflate.

  • The electric pump can be loud and disruptive to others
