- Ease of Setup - the software itself is very straightforward to use and configure
- Multiple Contact Support - you can configure your system to support multiple users (and phone numbers)
- We wanted a way to be able to personalize the information given to our customers in the same manner

- The last time we attempted to send an email via Informacast, the entire system would crash and would not respond to any of our attempts to fix it
