Informacast is a cloud based service that allows you to send text messages, emails, and voicemails to your clients.

We have used Informacast for years. Informacast works great with AlertMe - a product we use to alert customers about events. You can send SMS messages, email alerts, and/or voicemail messages to clients. We love the ease of setup. After installing the application, it takes less than 30 seconds to configure your message template. Once configured, it's easy to manage multiple contacts and projects. Pros
  • Ease of Setup - the software itself is very straightforward to use and configure
  • Multiple Contact Support - you can configure your system to support multiple users (and phone numbers)
  • We wanted a way to be able to personalize the information given to our customers in the same manner
Cons
  • The last time we attempted to send an email via Informacast, the entire system would crash and would not respond to any of our attempts to fix it
