Infovae has made our lives easier by creating an effective tool to help us manage all aspects related with CRM's in real time! The software is very well designed for every user who does not have much technical knowledge about it can easily use this product without any difficulty at work place or home as its web-based application which makes easy access from anywhere around world!! I like that Infovae is user friendly - so it's easy to get started even if you have no experience with BI tools! The ease in which to use their platform by having it integrated with Salesforce is great for our organization! Their support team can be very helpful when something does not work as intended or they are working through an issue that may arise from time-to-time. This has been one area where we have felt comfortable using them since all issues seem resolved quickly (usually within 1 day). They also provide some really useful integrations like Zapier so you don't even need 3rd party tools anymore.
