I bought these and have not been able to use them. An error kept popping up saying they couldn't read the cartridges. I contacted Epson as I have an Epson XP 6100 and they said they were faulty and needed replacing. I have not received a single use of them. I then contacted Revain who refused to refund my money because I threw it in the bin not knowing it would be useful again. Never buy from Revain again.

The printer works fine with the first set of cartridges. I have ordered a replacement set. Today Epson Updater notified me that a new firmware file (bug fix) is available. I downloaded the firmware and now the printer does not recognize other brands of ink. Also, Epson makes reloading old firmware almost impossible, so you have to buy their ink. EZInk hasn't released a workaround. So the options are to buy a $100 ink kit from Epson or buy a new printer (preferably not from Epson). This practice

This ink is great value for money. I have previously ordered it for my Epson XP-6100 and have never had a problem installing and using it. Half the cartridges didn't fit this time, so I turned to the company for help. I found that my last printer update made it impossible for these cartridges to work with the chip on the cartridges. Although some cartridges worked, I got my entire purchase back! I wish I could use EZ Ink again!

I bought these about a month ago but only used black ink. I replaced the others about 2 weeks ago and the magenta ink cartridge kept giving me an error message. I took it off and noticed that it was broken. Otherwise I think it's a good branded ink. UPDATE: I received a new set of ink cartridges to fix the problem. They were very helpful via email and always checked what other help I needed regarding the product. You'll even come across some free face masks. Many Thanks.

I'm complaining that people have asked if they work with the latest Epson firmware update. Trust me it's not. It could only recognize an original cartridge that I had installed. If they can figure it out, refurbished is the best price. I had to go back and order the original from Epson.

Had a lot of trouble installing. A twenty-year-old daughter (computer-savvy) rushes to the rescue. The cartridge is installed but the printer is hosed down. First (and last) time I bought remanufactured cartridges. Should have followed my first instinct and bought a new printer! But I try to be more responsible for the environment. This is not a business. Wouldn't buy again.

This ink has replaced an overpriced ink from a printer manufacturer who refuses to provide third party replacements. It's still quite expensive, but it has a chip to overcome the rejection. Other printers are a better solution but the ink supplier is admirable!
