I had problems with my Brother L2395DW. I bought it on sale and now I know why it was on sale. I had to replace the drum 3 times, it gets very hot when printing and warps. Some sort of manufacturer error and after countless emails Brother didn't do anything about it and offered to send "replacement parts" but never did. Still a great drum.

Drum and toner changed at the same time. The words on the page doubled. I have cleaned the printer and checked the toner. Toner changed, definitely not the drum. I put in the old drum with new toner and the problem is gone. I need to order a new drum, but I will not order this one!

Don't buy! I bought it a few months ago and now the return period has expired. I just replaced it today and my document has dark gray streaks and shadows. My printer does not recognize this drum. As soon as I replaced it it said "replace drum". It was difficult to install and my print job looked terrible. I immediately had to reinstall the old (Brother brand). I will not buy this again and now I am out of money as the return period has expired. Save time, money and energy and buy something…

Works great even if my printer says it only has 12% drum left and now 1%, but maybe that's because of a reason I don't know. I hope it's not because there's only 1% of the drum left. Every once in a while I get a smudge on the paper.

Today is September 3rd, 2021. I have just installed the EZink Drum DR730 along with new toner in my Brother MFC-2750DW printer. The print quality is excellent. However, the drum makes a very loud "howling sound" as if the plastic parts inside were rubbing against each other. There is no way to lubricate the internal mechanism. Today I contacted Revain, who I bought Drum from in late August 2021, to let Revain know about the issue. Revain informed me that they had then forwarded my complaint…

I was concerned about buying other brands of drums as we have tried in the past as they don't seem to work well with the Brother printer. As the first of two products from this brand, we did well and only had a few pages underprinted. Time will tell, but the price is 1/4 that of the brothers' signature drums.

I bought this as an option to replace the drum in my Brother copier, printer and scanner. It doesn't appear to be compatible as it still says "Replace Drum" message.

It's junk. that does not work. My printer doesn't work with this junk. I hate printer brothers. bought and it's too much. They get you because they are cheap and then expensive to maintain. I run back to HP. I can't get there fast enough.
