    These ink cartridges require endless cleaning of the printhead

    This ink requires me to constantly clean the printheads over and over again to get a good page to print. I have a Brother MFC-J5910DW printer. I assumed the ink was ink. This is clearly not true. The cartridges fit. When printed, it looks good. But getting them to print is a problem. For example, I'm currently trying to print invitations for my daughter's birthday. Black ink is not printed consistently. Each invitation comes out semi-unopened. So I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned the…

    Great product but read reviews on installation!

    These ink cartridges work great. However, there are no instructions and if you're anything like me you'll end up covered in ink installing your first before reading these reviews to find out how to do it right. Please. 1) Do not try to remove the clear plastic cover on the underside of the back of the ink cartridge (it just snaps into place and then, as if by magic, everything is fine). 2) Place the cartridge into the slot THEN remove the top tab that says "Pull”.     I will buy again. And again!

    I'll admit I was skeptical as my experience in IT (the last 25 years or so, wow, I'm off with myself) tells me that other manufacturers' ink is usually a bad idea is. I was totally wrong - good quality, AMAZING price and no problems installing and I've printed many many things today since I got them. I will buy again and again.     Colors Are Not Vivid

    at Great Price If you're just printing things for your own use, not necessarily for show, or the quality of the colors doesn't matter. Photos and color prints just don't show up. I ordered this ink pack because I had an old Brother printer that I needed to revitalize and knew I would need to do a million and one cleaning cycle to clean the print nozzles.     Not recommended

    cartridges received very quickly which is always nice. The big problem is that I had to work hard to get these cartridges to work. The first problem is that there is a tab that says it needs to be removed. I removed it but noticed that there was a piece of clear plastic over the ink port itself. I suppose that should be removed. After almost 10 minutes of work I had to take a knife and cut off a clear piece of plastic. Unfortunately I had to replace all four cartridges. I have found that when…

    This ink worked great with the first cartridges

    This ink lasted a short time and as soon as I put in my new ink cartridges the printer went crazy. Now it is impossible to print even in color. Black has gaps in printing, don't know what's up. After a few days with black it finally prints decently but the color still doesn't print properly as if the ink ran out even when I replaced another new cartridge. So now I use grayscale printing. Before using this paint there were no problems. I'm not sure if it's ink or my printer. But no problem until
