We have used all 4 cartridges and had a very mixed experience. Two cartridges worked properly (yellow, cyan). We have had very bad experiences with the black magenta cartridge. The black cartridge became invalid when Dell released a firmware update for the printer. We had only been using it for 2 weeks when this happened. Before that, black worked well. But once the firmware was installed, it immediately stopped working and gave an error message until replaced. We just added purple three days…

Bought these cartridges and replaced OEM Dell. There was a problem with the printer accepting the magenta cartridge without displaying an installation error. The support team sent me new cartridges very quickly and even made sure I was happy. First class service here! The new cartridge popped up with no errors and I'm printing again. Time will tell how long the cartridges last compared to OEM but at this price I think the value is definitely here! would recommend.

I had to replace the yellow cartridge and order 2 sets of toner. I opened the first box and used yellow toner, it was defective. After I put it in, it made an awful click/creak. I tried one from the second set and it worked fine. They're a bit tricky to click, you just have to make sure they click correctly. I don't want to return all of them because I hope the others work and are ok. I am unable to contact the seller to ask for an individual cartridge exchange. I'll update if any of the others

2 out of 4 cartridges installed in our Dell printer - and our printer started to fail - yellow and cyan cartridges made a terrible noise when printing. We checked both to make sure they were seated correctly but the noise persisted so we removed the cartridges - no idea why that happened. My DELL E525w didn't recognize this cartridge at first, but after a few "claps" the printer recognized it. But a few days later the cyan cartridge light came on and said my cyan was out of toner [again]. What happened.?!? And after all this, my printer refused to work at all. I had to throw it away [from recycling]. I won't even go into how my color copies came out red rather than blue.

UPDATE: Seller sent me a new replacement set. It was a great time as the magenta cartridge had to be replaced as the one bought from another supplier was not working properly and was flooding all the paper with magenta. I thought about throwing the printer away! The new magenta cartridge works GREAT! My old printer works great for me! Thank you INK E-SALE!——————old review————They fit my Dell E125w perfectly. It really annoys me when you buy a laser printer and the manufacturer dictates how many pages you can print from a toner cartridge and these Dell printers are no exception . As expected, each color had to be changed at one-day intervals before print quality deteriorated. By the way, none of the cartridges contained toner.
