I'm disappointed with my purchase, products are no good.

The color head died after 4 months of operation. It is almost impossible to buy it. The manufacturer claims that you can buy it at the service center, they sell it at the service center only with the replacement of both heads for 5 thousand. I used the original ink that came with the printer, I didn't even use half of it. I do not recommend buying this printer. Very uncomfortable and short lived. I will try to resolve the issue under warranty.

Pros
  • CISS
Cons
  • While refueling, you will still get dirty in the paint. Display, baby, low-information. Before you learn how to use, you need to read the instructions, as well as practice. Sheets sometimes smears, once every 20-30 pages.

Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

Constant problems with paper jams, its absence when in fact its full tray. I generally keep quiet about ink and heads. Don't ever buy this. Got pros: This is the worst purchase in my entire life. It takes at least half an hour for any operation, even for printing one page. Its cons: Slow speed, crap software, constant errors out of the blue. The software constantly fails to do simple things like connecting to wi-fi or printing a document.

Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

where does this piece of rot get such a rating from? seduced by the brand, at work everything is HP and there are no complaints, but the equipment is 10 years old and made to last, and this is a household rattle. set up and connected without problems, it took a lot of time to ate everything and everything started dancing - the application is complete wretchedness, I have an old version of HP PRINT and the printer is friends with it, my wife has what is now in google play and this is slag…

Pros
  • declared characteristics, price, brand.
Cons
  • does not print when necessary, slow-witted broke.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

The excellent economic decision for the house, schoolboys, students. Family thing. Of course, the period of use is short. But a modern MFP is what you need. I was going to take 5810 (for a long time I chose between similar epsons, canons and brothers), but an ink tank appeared, which is of course more modern. I recommend. Some pros: Multifunctionality. Easy to start: good instructions, simple steps, simple device of the MFP itself, visibility of actions, convenient filling of ink into tanks…

Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.

Disappointed with this device. 1. After a few months of use and only 50 printed pages, it began to streak. There are a lot of rejected sheets, I'm afraid, there are even more of them than normally printed ones. It strips every time you turn it on, so you need to run the head cleaner every time, but once it’s not enough, you have to skip 3-4 times to make it at least acceptable. 2. My almost 10-year-old hp, which I bought for 3 thousand, printed twice as fast. 3. The connection constantly…

Pros
  • Its merits have nothing to do with its immediate task - printing: 1 - Appearance 2 - CISS
Cons
  • Everything about printing is a complete disadvantage: 1 - stripes 2 - Slow printing 3 - Unstable wi-fi connection 4 - Does not display ink level Read more in the comments ↓

It's the best thing for home! Two schoolchildren, grades 5 and 7, print something all the time, + dad prints documents at work, wife all sorts of receipts, etc., liquid cartridges are so economical that in 2 years we used up about 4 thousand sheets and cartridges have not yet been refilled since shopping, everything works perfectly! The print quality is excellent!

Pros
  • Wifi printer is connected to all devices without wires, no standard cartridges, poured liquid and forgot for 3 years, print quality is excellent, consumable savings, everything you need in one box, works with phones and tablets.
Cons
  • didn't notice

The kit included wires for connecting to the network and to a computer, two tubes of black paint, a tube of color. Clear and bright print. Colors are rendered one to one. Set up to get started and wireless printing is extremely easy. Even a teapot like me can handle it. It's not that important, but I really like the control panel, both the tactile feel and the reaction of the printer after pressing. 1 is this photo. 2 is a printout.

Pros
  • Print quality. Save paint. Easy to set up for printing from your computer and phone. Equipment.
Cons
  • We haven't found it and hopefully we won't.

Could not be worse! Waste of money.

I've owned this printer for over 2 years and most of the time it doesn't work. The printheads are just a consumable item in it. If he even stands a little without work, you can order new ones. All savings on ink are reduced to zero because of this problem. Plus, you can never be sure if you can print something. Separately, it should be said about the application on the phone. And this applies not only to this model, but apparently to the entire line of devices with wi-fi from hp (because a…

Pros
  • Sometimes it prints.
Cons
  • - work stability - applications on the phone are almost useless

They bought it mainly for a high school student, where they now have a lot of work and projects when they need to print a lot. To replace the still working very old hp f8423 that served for many years. Only now the prices for cartridges have become really horsey, two cartridges are more expensive than a printer. And so in general - taking into account the built-in features and functionality. The device certainly pleases with the price / quality ratio.

Pros
  • 1. Price. Similar MFPs with CISS from other well-known manufacturers are much more expensive. 2. Complete set. I was very pleased with the presence of 2 bottles of black paint, 170 ml each. It gives hope that for printing and copying documents should be enough for a very long time without buying new ink. Color inks come standard with one bottle of each color, although they are much smaller, 70 ml each. Also, the presence of a usb cable for initial connection and configuration. 3. MFP, and that says it all. Scanner with the ability to save copies both on a computer and send them to e-mail. 4. Haven't used features yet, but I'll add ePrint to the list of advantages. After setting up, the printer printed an email address to which you can send documents or photos from the Internet, and it will print them. I'll borrow the expression I read earlier in other reviews, but it's really true - "fax without a tube." 5. Everything is simple - setup and installation, filling the tanks with ink. Almost immediately after refueling, installing cartridges, after printing the service page and running it through the scanner, the printer is ready for use. 6. Web management interface, a lot of all sorts of settings. 7. WiFi module. From the play store, install HP Smart - voila, print photos and documents from your phone or tablet. 8. On Linux PC mint silvia 18.3 (ubuntu 16.04), the printer was detected and configured without any dancing with a tambourine after installing the latest version of hplip (18.7.3) from the developers' site. 9. Good photo quality, borderless printing. You just need to crop the photo before printing to fit the paper size. 10. I liked that the printer automatically detects the paper size and inserts the desired setting into HP Smart.
Cons
  • 1. Slightly ugly design, but this is exactly the case when "driving" is more important than "checkers" :-) 2. Sooooo long photo printing at maximum settings. Although this is more likely not a drawback, but a feature of the technology, and printing on such settings is not planned.

I do not recommend spending my money on this.

General impression: the printer is a piece D))). Want to throw it away. However, if you only print documents for work or school, perhaps even with pictures, and you don't need photo quality, you probably won't even notice most of the shortcomings. But for this model, photo printing is declared, but the printer cannot cope with it. HP can only be praised for the reasonable price of the original ink, which lasts for a very long time. Well, it’s convenient that there are not very expensive…

Pros
  • Profitability (due to the built-in CISS), Wi-Fi, not very expensive printheads and original inks. Device design. The printer prints normal documents well. Photos are printed at first glance not bad, even despite the incorrect color reproduction (even on HP photo paper and original inks), but only if you look at them from afar))). Quality settings are all, of course, maximum. HP Real Life doesn't help. The printed poster on A4 glossy paper seems to look chic, but if you look closely, you can see small stripes. There is also a poorly printed area at the end of the sheet, as in the 10x15 photographs (this is almost imperceptible on the attached scan of the printout with Sonic). For A4 glossy posters, the printer is suitable if you do not consider the posters up close. A certain number of photos, through long torment and torment, will probably be printed, but not without defects.
Cons
  • The reliability of the printer tends to zero. Printheads can break just like that. The printer streaks on photos and pictures even with new heads, and no cleaning through the driver helps. You cannot pump ink through the CISS if you remove and install the old heads. Pumping is possible only for new heads 1 time. Printing photos from a phone via Wi-Fi is of poor quality with any settings. At the same time, you also need to register in the program. When printing with computer settings, you can achieve acceptable quality, if not for printing defects. The nozzle test absolutely always shows defects. Perhaps the CISS is leaking, but there's nothing to be done about it. And this is on a practically new printer. The print quality diagnostics page absolutely always gives out defects (horizontal stripes on several colors), which, to one degree or another, remain after cleaning through the program. The color rendition in the photo is so-so even on the vaunted original HP glossy photo paper, but this is more of a feature. In the print settings for photos, it makes no sense to choose anything other than "HP Photo Paper", otherwise the black color is smeared from the finished photo from any paper (glossy and even matte paper of increased density with the vaunted Color Lock). If you select HP Photo Paper, black smudges are not smeared on any type of paper. Apparently, the company specifically implemented this programmatically and physically (when the printer chooses ink when printing) so that everyone buys HP photo paper to print photos. The printer in the photographs does not print 1-2 cm at the end either on A6 (10x15) or on A4. Moreover, the degree of this non-printing is always different and random. This is either a pale stripe, or an almost well-printed area. It can be seen in the attached photo (mountains and sky) on the right side. The scanner builds an image from some strange patterns. Even at the highest resolution, it is impossible to scan any of the graphics so that later it looks decent when printed on A4 photo paper. But the scanner at least works stably - and okay.

Good product, not disappointed.

Basically, it does its job. This is one of the most budget solutions, and I take this into account when evaluating. There were no problems with paper jams, streaks on prints, or drying heads. It seems that those who have problems do something wrong, and either save a lot and print on some wrong paper. There were concerns about the heads drying up when leaving for vacation - nothing, I stood without printing for three weeks, everything works fine. And by the way, such things are provided for in…

Pros
  • After inkjet machines without CISS, I just can’t get used to the fact that you print, print, print and print texts, documents in color, photographs and you won’t get anything for it))). Well, that is, the ink consumption is small, and the cost of original consumables is quite reasonable, there is no need to select a replacement to save a pretty penny. The print quality is quite up to par. For a student-student, it seems to me, a good option.
Cons
  • The idea of printing wirelessly is great, but I really want it to be as easy as possible. To print photos, you need to select modes for a long time, set profiles and do things like that, just start printing and get a satisfactory result is difficult. And what a dumbass he is! By the way, printer settings through applications are not obvious; for a regular user, it can be done even easier.

The worst purchase in my life, don't repeat my mistake

Bought and started having problems. The head died after 3 months. Under the Warranty, they changed it in a month, although the head is inserted in 1-2 seconds without disassembling the printer. It's not even a head in a simple primitive cartridge. The computer either sees the printer or does not. I connect via wifi normally, but I'm sitting without the Internet. I tried a lot of priter but never met such squalor. The display shows icons that do not mean anything. The price of this printer is…

Pros
  • There is CISS. Small size.
Cons
  • It's difficult to set up. Doesn't print at the right time. By the time you fill it, you'll get dirty. The remaining ink in the bottle will leak if it falls on its side. Dirty sheets. Print quality is average.
