Flat Filter 3X39 Best in Ceiling Fans

This is for the Fhat 6X39 filter. When I opened the package with was what I found. The inside of the filter looks ok. I was hoping the seller would see this post and offer some advice. I also reached out to Revain. I read several reviews about damage. I would say the packaging could be improved due to the size of the package.
