Incorrect packaging. Opened and overwritten. What I received was not an official Insignia product. Is there even a label on the product?

I ordered this Insignia product but received a completely different brand, color and style. Right box, wrong item! I wouldn't mind at all if what they sent actually worked, but it works inconsistently for the picture and the sound never works.
