I like that we can manage our entire employee time entry and payroll process from 1 site. We are able to view employee pay rates, determine and pay out bi-weekly and monthly checks. We also have access to payroll reports and benefit information. I don't like that we are limited to a Sage 300 ERP system. If we needed to, I'm not sure how much time it would take to get the system synced up with Sage 300. I also think it's a little expensive for what you get. I do not have any dislikes. We are…

I like that it has an easy interface for employees who are just getting started at their new job or have never used any of our other software products before so they don't know where everything should be located in order to complete tasks quickly! I like that it's easy for users without tech skills or training as well as those who may not have full access at their organization/department level (ie: HR). It was very difficult getting my department into using this product so any help they received from our Account Executive helped immensely! Not much has changed since we started but maybe there will be soon after launch of cloud platform in September 2018? I'd still suggest trying out other products though - some are better than others…

The most helpful feature is the ability to have multiple users access it from the same computer or mobile device. I like that it allows me to do payroll for my employees without having to talk to someone at my office all day long. It takes a lot of time to get your payroll done, so sometimes you have to wait quite a while before you can enter your information. I like that it has a lot of flexibility in terms of how you can customize your page. It's easy for new employees to navigate and use. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. There are some things that could be improved, such as having more options for customizing a page. For example, there should be an option to add a picture or logo to your page.
