They work well for what they are intended for. I actually used an alternative mount but couldn't find anything better, these worked fine.

Some vehicles have an additional pair of small high frequency speakers in the dashboard, which are usually replaced by the door speaker tweeters. These straps are ideal for mounting tweeters in a 3-4" room.

They are very similar to those that came with accessory kits years ago, I still have something to compare. However, they are not cad plated and may need a bit of filing to get a smooth edge. Otherwise a good find.

I used these to replace some broken roof vent brackets and used a much better quality stainless steel nut/bolt/lockwasher combination for the housing. The original belts appear to be corroded, mainly at the bend (see photo). I hope these back straps will last much longer and be better than the original boring cheap Chinese metal.

I use them for a variety of things around the house but making brackets to secure things is by far my main use. They can be cut with scissors and the material is strong enough to withstand a lot of setup and teardown. It's something I always have and I'm always finding new uses for it. highlighted.
