Honestly I couldn't remove or install my faucet without it! Being a petite woman, I was able to easily loosen and then tighten the faucets. (That and the PB Blaster Penetrating Oil!)

Haven't used this tool yet. Tried using this to remove the plastic screw holding the sink faucet stem. He's not tough enough. The tool is bent. It is desirable that it is made of metal. I had to remove it with a regular tool. I do not recommend this product.

The mounting nuts on my faucet were very tight. I couldn't remove them with my own hands so I bought this tool. The tools do not grip the nuts well enough and are too weak to transmit the torque required to remove the nuts.

I bought this to help me remove the faucet and replace another one. I ended up having to use a regular key and just get it to work. It didn't help. I lent it to a friend and he had the same problem. Good thing he had washers and tape with him. I put it in the garage, maybe one day I'll find a use for it.

As it's plastic - it won't replace your standard plumbing tools for old all brass faucets - although my faucets are over 10 years old - they still had plastic washers Steel - the tool still needed lots of WD40 to loosen fasteners - too much tool curvature. / Many new jigs are made almost entirely of plastic, and this tool will likely work for them.

The whole tool broke in half on first use. Maybe if the sink/faucet you're trying to remove is brand new, but if it has signs of wear that might need some attention, it won't work. We tried to get it back and it probably would have worked (or is that what they claim? So I guess that's a good thing?) but then we were immediately evacuated due to wildfires and when we got the window back there was a return, lol. So! But yeah, a plastic tool isn't going to do the job for you.

This is a plastic tool for light/medium duty jobs, not high torque applications. I usually use a steel sink wrench, I didn't have one handy at my country house, I bought one from Revain. The price was right. This provided enough torque to loosen the nuts. It comes with several different size nut adapters, I would recommend for light/medical work.

This is a pretty weak tool. The plastic caliber (thickness) is not enough to work with such fittings in plumbing fixtures. You really can't get any torque because the plastic gives way too much. If the plastic was thicker this would probably be a useful tool. 2 stars because the included attachments (sockets) are well thought out and I was able to use them with another tool I have. But in general - a hard pass on the article. The quality is more like a children's toy than an under-sink unit.

It came on time as promised by the seller. I am very pleased with the purchase of this sink and faucet installation tool. I particularly like how it scales and uses adjustments to be able to use it on a number of different projects. My favorite thing and the best quality I look for in any product I'm going to buy these days is the versatility of its use or application.
