You are not fat! Instead of using 3-4 as expected, I had to use 8!

I usually use a pair of Uline long/larger ones, of which I usually only need 2 because they are so long and wide. However, I was traveling and didn't have time to order from Uline so I ordered these thinking they would be smaller and I would probably need to use at least 4 to secure my item on the top, bottom and sides. Well, as an experienced person, I knew I could spread the foam a bit very quickly because you need the foam to sort of fill the bag. At the same time, the foam was so thin that…

Ever wondered how they make those custom styrofoam bags? Don't be surprised anymore! These bags are very useful for packing fragile items that require a special shape. We use them along with some flat foam to make bags to carry specialized computer gear in a regular hard case. Ideal for packaging and transporting custom PCs

I bought this size for an ATX form factor PC and it works great. However, these days I mainly use it for PCs in Micro-ATX cases. This is a tight fit. If you are considering shipping mATX, tape additional material (such as the airbags that come with the components) under the metal edge of your case before inserting and expanding the foam to ensure the foam does not droop under the edge remains.
