InstaTrack Digital Bathroom Scale Display Review

We needed a new scale and for the first time we used a digital one. Looks good in the bathroom because you don't want it to stand out. Would recommend. The numbers are easy to read.

I bought this scale 3 years ago and after 3 years it finally stopped working and lost 70 pounds. I liked it so much I replaced it but was disappointed that the digital display didn't light up so I'm only giving 4 stars this time. I see that this scale only uses 2 AA batteries instead of the previous 4. Maybe that's the reason?

The scale is comfortable. Exactly and when I turn it off and on again it reads the same as before. The latter dial gave different readings each time it was switched on and off. What I don't like is that after moving it has to be calibrated by pressing it, turning it off and waiting a few seconds for it to turn off its display. Then calibrate it. I've been using this digital scale every day for a few weeks and I think it's great so far. I used to have much more expensive and complicated scales with information about size, age, etc. that didn't matter to me. I just want to know how much I weigh! The instructions are simple, explaining how to use them when I need to move them rather than keeping them in one place which I do, and the numbers are big enough for me to read without glasses. To be honest I bought this scale for the looks. As the pictures show, it goes very well with glass tub doors, glass shelves (on which to store it conveniently), marble tile, and mostly brushed nickel fixtures. Accuracy is not that important in my opinion. But you *wonder* how accurate that is? Am I really supposed to believe the pound percentages shown, or are they just meaningless?
