My little man loves this food!

I didn't even have to stir in the food from the last bag for Goku to eat. As picky as he was, it came as a shock. Whatever you do, keep going. However, do not give this food to kittens. I recently rescued one and gave her this food at first. It didn't fit her small belly. Poor Tiki. Now she has kitten food, so she's better.

Pros
  • High test scores for hold and durability
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

My cats love it but it's expensive.

All my cats are crazy about this food (a diabetic bought it for him). However, for families with multiple cats and severely limited income, this isn't easy on the wallet. My mom worked at a big pet food company, so she knows the price and the profit. The markup is outrageous for any meal, but it's more than most, regardless of the ingredients.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Everything great

My boys were terribly sick

Warning. This food made two of my cats very sick. About ten days later, one of my cats became VERY constipated. Another cat of mine was taken to the hospital with severe heartburn and esophagitis. Neither of them had this type of problem before and both were right at the same time (about 24 hours apart) and that was the only change that was made.

Pros
  • It's all right!
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

costs money! best dry

I have 4 cats, all 5 years old. I've seen remarkable improvements in each of their various health issues since they switched to this grain-free diet. The "extra cost" compared to regular supermarket cat food is offset by the fact that they now eat less food. It took them a little time to get used to the changes, but now they prefer them. Great product, I can only recommend it.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No performance

Great grain free cat food

I feed both dry and wet cat food and when one of my kittens developed a grain allergy I switched to Instinct. The healthy weight formula was a good choice for them because they only work indoors and are a little overweight. They all seem to enjoy it, although sometimes low-fat foods can be less palatable. They especially like the small pieces of raw freeze-dried chicken.

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Couldn't be happier!

I have a fussy kitten and one with a sensitive tummy - they both LOVE this brand! Raw pieces are like little hidden treats to them! And I've noticed a difference in their weight when using this versus regular raw chicken. The bag even zips up again, so as long as your SO/kids READ the front of the pack and pull the handy latch they have on the front (that's pretty obvious), you don't even need a food storage container (although off for some reason, after many years of using this food, mineโ€ฆ

My cats hate it! for Dry

This cat food may be a great health product, but my cats don't like it. I bought this for my maine coon cat who my vet says is overweight, almost 20lbs. He suffers from food anxiety as he was homeless and forced to search for his food. After we adopted him he started eating whatever dry cat food we fed him, I had to stop constantly leaving food for our normal weight cat because he ate everything. I bought this food hoping it would help him lose weight but refused to eat it dry. I soaked half of

Cats are not impressed

I really liked this food because it got good independent reviews (with the exception of Revain) and has solid ingredients at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my cats were not too enthusiastic. They tend to eat almost anything - they've tried many brands including Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Tiki Cat, Solid Gold, Rawz, Purina ProPlan and this one. I gradually brought them to it and gave them enough time to make up their minds. if they really didn't like it or were just grumpy about the changeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • The list will be long.
