I like that it's very easy to navigate through the app, and that it allows you to see multiple providers at once, so if you are looking at an insurance for a car, you can see what insurances are available through other companies as well. It would be great if you could also get notifications when there has been changes to certain policies within the plan. This has been our go-to platform since we started with them! They have helped us solve customer problems, such as lack of access to insurance plans during COVID quarantine/lockdown times by providing an easy way through their app that they can use when needed; also being able help resolve other issues too like billing questions etc., while still having some sorta "fun" time doing it (I mean I'm not sure if this was intentional but maybe?).
