Comgrow's personalized support is the best.

I bought it for Christmas. It arrived early enough the day before that I could assemble it before work. It came with all the necessary tools, screws, washers, allen keys of various sizes and folding instructions. The instructions were clear but I'm still confused. Get a YouTube video to help you put this together as it's best to do things out of order to save you headaches in the future. Great printer for the price, tech support is insanely good. Trust Them

TLDR: Good stamp tech support = confident purchase over your updates as upgraded tubes use the correct settings, they make the $200 difference from this, excellent tech support, works very keen to improve the quality of customer service, there are many guides on the web for setting up your printer, but the manual in pdf format and the manufacturer's settings work much better. Before consulting them I was having issues with print times, printing took 3-4 times longer than it should, only…

This is my first 3D printer. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I'm already getting used to it. The machine has great stability and with all 3D printers it does take practice but once you get the hang of it it feels like an extension of your body.
