This tool produces plenty of citrus peel without the white skin that can make it bitter. Very sharp so I use it with caution. I like that it has a screen that locks when the tool is not in use. I often use it in cooking and baking. Very satisfied

I love this zester! I have used many other zesters in the past. Most were just awful! I was so happy that this product does what it says on the tin! A lot of interest with little effort. I seem to have had different experiences than those who say it's too boring. My upper teeth are way too high. At first I had a hard time pulling out the lemon peel. If I succeeded, it's not just the skin, even the skin and core, but completely immersed in the real meat. Impressive but useless. i will return it

My graters are old. They do well with cheese, but fail when it comes to citrus peels. This! I just used it for the first time; so far i am very happy with it. It comes with a protective sleeve so I don't have to rub myself when I'm rummaging through other things in the drawer. It's a little difficult to peel the peel (but most graters are) but I've found that the blade of a table knife will do. A good product!

The grater is very sharp, does its job perfectly, I like that it comes with a protective case.
