No longer updated for Apple devices, no longer useful

I bought it in 2015. It worked fine as long as I didn't have to scan a lot at once. It is no longer compatible with my Apple devices as they have not been updated since before IOS 10. It's unusable since I've had it for the second year.

I bought it for my father to scan.

I bought this for my dad to scan pictures but with a separate wi-fi to work with it's too difficult for him to figure out how to use it when he wants to. I used it once when I installed it for him and it worked fine, but the Wi-Fi feature is really a nuisance.

The iOS app has not been updated for use on the latest iPhones.

I bought this product mainly to use on my phone because I need to scan things and emails from my phone. Received the product today and tried to find the app to download from the Apple Store but couldn't find it. I went to the site to download it and when it opened the app I couldn't download it because the app maker hadn't updated the app for iOS 11 yet. If you're selling an item and say it's at least usable on the iPhone, update your application.

Would buy again. for document scanner

I would buy again. Produces high quality images. The battery life is short. It usually takes about an hour for a charge. Used to scan bills of lading for loading into fast apps during OTR shipments. Ideal for avoiding long queues at Autohof scanners.

Love how easy it is to use. Scan quality normal

I have stripes on the scan almost from the start. Luckily what I'm scanning doesn't get messed up, but someone else might have to go back. And yes, I've used a cleaner and tried other fixes.

Works perfectly! - Scanner

This product is very easy to use and of excellent quality. I used it to scan all our old photos for my sister's 30th birthday and it was so easy and quick. The scan quality is excellent and it is really very easy to use. You can scan straight to your MacBook, iPad or even your phone. Made the process very easy. It is lightweight and easy to store. Perfect fit for the price.
