I was very happy about it. When I received it I couldn't figure out how it works. There were almost no instructions. So I asked someone else to look at it as it was my first such item. He couldn't get it to work either, so I called support. The first was iottie support. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, they quickly determined that it was Alexis' problem and routed me to support. After waiting 15 minutes for an answer, the gentleman who answered immediately stated that this was not a problem.
