This headset is exactly what I need. It worked immediately after connecting my Avaya IP phone. I am glad that I can do several jobs at the same time. I am very satisfied with the pure sound quality. I decided to buy this new headset because I have previously used a Plantronics headset. For me this is a really good choice! Nicely designed headset, just like the picture, works great with my Polycom VVX410. With good sound quality and noise cancellation in the microphone, everything is fine. Makes it very durable and comfortable to wear. I like this headset better. In particular, I feel that it doesn't put too much pressure on my opposite head even when I wear it for a long time.

I bought this headset because the design was really good. I received it in perfect condition. It looked like a very sturdy construct, like a muscular man. But I find it easy to adjust the mouth and head. I felt comfortable wearing about 34 hours. The leather upholstery is soft and of good quality. It worked fine when I connected it to my Astra phone.
