I hate this business. Didn't even take an hour. I got it because the holster claims "foldable stand". E no. It's not like this. Besides, it's hard. Bulky. Destroyed the joy of a thin and sleek phone. worst thing? Texting is more difficult due to the protruding lip around the phone. I understand that it should offer protection, but oh well. I have an iPhone X and while this case looks exactly like an Otterbox and snaps easily onto the iPhone X, don't be fooled. It's fake because the button layout is so wrong that you can't operate the volume buttons and screen on/off button when the case is on. The difference is so small that it is simply not noticeable. But when you try to press the buttons, they don't align and therefore don't work.

I have an iPhone XS. In my case the case fits perfectly, all the buttons fit and the belt clip turns into a stand as seen in the photo. I saw negative comments about the buttons and the lack of a stand AFTER placing my order so I was concerned and checked the case out as soon as it arrived today.
