Works well, but most importantly the customer service is good if you have an issue.

It worked great for a few months. Then it broke clean in half. Super bummed as I use this for my RV and I need a replacement ASAP. Hopefully I can get one before my camping trip this week. I was surprised to see that this broke like this since it's supposed to be solid brass.UPDATE: they contacted me proactively when they saw my troubles and offered to send a free replacement. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Hopefully it was just a random manufacturing defect on this one because it…

Hard water a challenge

WE have hard water which after 1 month renders the water on and off toggle stiff and difficult to toggled position. Construction is brass and easy to install. Applied silicone lubricant with some improvement. Toggle mechanism is weakness in engineering design.

They stand by their products

After a dissatisfying complaint, the company assured me I may have gotten a bad item. In doing so, I was sent a replacement. So far so good. The splitter is made of brass which is a plus, except for the screw-on neck and on/off valve. It is a solid item but only time will tell. In making things right and standing by their product, I am changing my rating to a 5 star. Realistically I am not expecting this to last a lifetime, but a good 2 to 3 years use is more than fair for something that is…

Doesn't leak best in my review

This works great do we can have both a hose for our sprinkler and a hose for the garden and it doesn't leak. May not be adjustable enough for all users!

Lasted 3 months if that

Used the unit at our campground on weekends only. went to take it off for the season and thing fell apart. Would not recommend this. When I unscrewed my hose , parts broke off and got stuck inside my hose.Update 10/31/22: Seller has sent a replacement and will update the review once I have confirmed receipt.

Looks can be deceiving

Looks well made but broke day one. The company did reach out and quickly replace it and apologized for any inconvenience. Rare these days.

It doesn't look great when received, however it does work as described. Not sure how long it will last, but so far one summer. For the money worth it.
