The best solution against rust is toilet cleaner

The water in my well is very rusty and always covers the toilet bowl. This makes a noticeable difference; it certainly won't get rid of the sediment, but it will prevent it from sticking to the bowl for much longer. When it builds up, it just peels off.

Doesn't last 45 days. But it works.

I put the tablet in our toilet bowls on June 30th. On July 14th they were gone. They help with hard water, so they work. So far I have not had to clean the toilet with a scraper. I'm disappointed that it only took 14 days instead of 45.

Perfect for cleaning the toilet cistern

My toilet has started to fail. I removed the gas cap and noticed that there was a lot of hard black mineral deposits in the tank. I bought Iron Out, poured it into the tank and after two days it became noticeably cleaner and stopped flowing between flushes! After about a week the inside of the tank looked like new. Good product.

They work! - Toilet cleaner

I bought this product because my well water contains a lot of iron and manganese. I just recently installed an entire home water filtration system, but even with that (pre-filter deposit, two large tanks, then a charcoal post-filter) a tiny particle of iron can get through and over time see a small amount of water at a time. Stains in my toilets. These pills basically get rid of the tiny bit that can get inside. They do a great job with that too. Overall, Iron Out turned out to be a greatโ€ฆ
