. The 500 gallon per day tankless reverse osmosis system worked great. It arrived on time and was easy.

The F15-500 filter kit for my tankless iSpring 500 GPD RO system worked great. It arrived on time and was easy to install on my iSpring reverse osmosis system. iSpring makes great products and Nick's customer service is excellent!

Lasts longer than expected on rural water

Our water is rural and not very clean. Total dissolved solids is typically 0.200-0.400. I change the pre-filter every 2-3 months. Year of the reverse osmosis filter. I bought a new set of filters waiting to be replaced. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is still 0.001, so I'll go into that a bit more. This is a great facility. This exceeds our cost to Berks. These expensive filters only lasted us 2-3 months, after which they became clogged and blocked the flow of water. These filters deliverโ€ฆ

Excellent Customer Service

This reverse osmosis filtration system and replacement filters in general work great. I had some issues with the stage 5 filter quick connect. I didn't think they came out of the 5th stage filter so we threw them away when the filter was changed and they ran out. After trying to order the T-connectors separately and failing twice, I contacted iSpring and spoke to Nick. He was very nice and let me know that they were indeed outside and sent me precise instructions. He also sent us some freeโ€ฆ

Immediate support for changing the water filter

I bought a water filter system and this replacement filter set over a year ago. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. The combination of form factor, ease of assembly and water quality is perfect for me. And I should also mention that the personal service is excellent. I am having trouble replacing the last stage activated carbon filter. I found the phone number printed on the replacement filter, called, they called right away. No queue, no mailbox, no fuss. Nick answered my call. Nickโ€ฆ
