Finally something works.

I bought and tried everything I could to get my drop checker green and my plants pearly, but to no avail. It works and uses low pressure CO2, just be careful with its cheap plastic.

This reactor works!

Media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with this product. I attached the reactor between the Eheim 2213 external filter and the built-in heater (see pictures). I have almost completely eliminated microbubbles during CO2 injection (see video of my canister atomizer flow). The product is made of plastic and looks fragile. I'm not sure how long this will work. But I'm very happy with the results.

Pros
  • Pet supplies
Cons
  • String shorter than other picks

Excellent resolution of C02

ISTA reactor I-539 C02 fits my Eheim external filter 2217 quite well. Covers that are intended for disconnecting the hose are completely useless. I've used several metal hose clamps from big stores and they work great. My other complaint is that this item is quite noisy. Regardless of how much air is removed from the system, if you use CO2 (and I hope you do, as that is literally the sole purpose of this article) to feed your system with CO2 gas, you will find that this element produces noise…

Pros
  • Fish and aquatic animals
Cons
  • Very expensive
