Made in China. False advertising, it is not made in Italy. It is made in China. That's a blatant lie. I'm surprised Revane let this happen. Revain has lost confidence. Scratch the Italian cowhide leather from the name and be assured it's made in China. I was in Italy many years ago and bought belts there that have lasted a long time. I was hoping to get another Italian belt. What a scam.

I love this belt! It is durable, beautiful and well made. My only complaint is that it can be a bit of a hassle to pull the belt loops through on some pants since the bottom of the belt is made of rawhide. At least not enough to deduct a star.

This belt exceeds all expectations for the price. durable, it also sits comfortably. I got the measurements wrong (39" to 43") and I have a 36" waist - that was my fault so the stars weren't removed there (I thought it was 36" to 43") ).Remember I was already at the tiniest strap hole and knew I would have to cut it. Luckily the belt came with a leather hole punch and a spare buckle screw! That's an added value! Directions and punch a new whole after you trimmed it a bit and the strap fits…

My last leather belt I've worn it almost every day for the last seven years, but I was finally done. I do the work every day and I love that it lasts LONG. I was hesitant to buy a replacement online as I couldn't try it on or see it in person first, but was very pleased with the look and design upon receipt. It was and is a very strong belt, nothing negative can be said about it. Only time will tell how it holds up in terms of durability but in all other respects it lived up to my expectations…
