Very nice for a couple years, then the slow-closing lid breaks.

We love this trash can. The slow-closing lid is awesome. Unfortunately, after a couple years, the plastic receiver that holds the small hydraulic plunger in place will break, so the plunger sides down out of the way and the lid will then start slamming shut rather than slow-closing. That's really unfortunate because otherwise it's a great trash can: it's so nice that we've accepted the design flaw and are now on our 3rd can, the first two both having that same issue. Great idea, but cannot keep the liner in place

For the trash side, it is impossible to get the liner tucked into the sides, and it ends up falling into the can, making a huge mess. We tried ties, rubber bands, tape, but nothing works. Need some type of "liner lock" that would hold the liner in position. Then, I would give it 5 stars.

Worth the buy but smaller than I imagined;

Worth it if you're a single person or living either your spouse. Very subtle and easy to use. The only thing I do not like is how difficult it is to push trash bags in these things.It does help with waste management because it prevents you from overloading and waiting on trash day to take the trash out. Lol.

Says iTouchless and motion detection but the item I received is not. It’s a foot lift top cover but not motion detection The stainless steel exterior can scratch easily.

Trash Can Arrived With Permanent Smudge Marks on Foot Pedal

The trash can arrived with smudge marks on the foot pedal and they are permanent. Impossible to remove. It's unfortunate as the trash can itself is decent quality.

High quality build and materials

Properly packaged in styrofoam molded clamshell. No dents, smudges, works exceptionally well.Not expecting this as other brands often complained with dents all over the place.Highly recommended

Looks great buy arrived with dents

It looks just like the pictures but I immediately noticed a sizable dent near the foot pedal and another smaller ding on one side. The dents aren't showing up well in the low light but the one by the pedal cannot be missed IRL. Not so bad I'm sending it back--it's clearly bound to get dented again anyway--but enough to take off a star.

I bought an iTouchless sensor can about 10 years ago on EBay because the price was right. It finally died, so I stuck with the brand because it lasted so long.No regrets as this is a great can for the price.
